AT Appliances Inc.

I've been a customer of American Home Shield (AHS) for 27yrs. in that time I have had my share of appliances replaced after the service company and serviceman determined the appliance was "not" repairable without the cost exceeding the price to replace it. I've been dealing with AT Appliance as the service company assigned by AHS since December 27th. The serviceman 1st came 01-04 and replaced the Capacitor, which didn't fix it, they came back on 01-07 and placed the Magnetron which didn't fix it, they then came back on 01-20 and replaced the transformer which didn't fix it, they then came back on 01-26, took it apart, yet again which yet again didn't fix it and said it needs a control board. Now, I'm pretty sure the parts & labor has well exceeded the $259.00 to replace this GE microwave..

After waiting until after Christmas, waited with a 9-12 appointment No-Show, No Call, No Text. I called them to find out they researched and were told the technician had a family member had to go to hospital. I said how many technicians do you have? They said 12 and each tech couldn't take an additional appointment of his fir the day to cover? What k8nd of buisness is this? They could reschedule for today. I waited 2 hours and thought I'd text to see if an estimated time of arrival they stated Sorry to inform you but your home warranty cancelled the claim. No show, No Call, The Worst Customer Service I have EVER recieved!!!!!!!! A Big Fat 0.....No Stars Ever!!!!!!!

I had a technician named Eddie, and he was wonderful. I was pretty worried after reading these reviews when my Home Warranty sent out this company to fix my 23 year old microwave. However, no problems with this technician. Apparently, their techs work indepently. I got very lucky with Eddie repairing my microwave. No complaints, and I now have his info for anything in the future!

This company was sent to me through my home insurance to fix my dishwasher, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. They came out multiple times for the same issue. Instead of replacing the faulty part properly, they used glue/silicone to stop the leak. That is not a professional or permanent repair. It felt like a temporary patch job instead of fixing the real problem. The last time I asked them to come back and fix it correctly, they showed up, did something, and now my dishwasher won’t even turn on at all. This is completely unacceptable. After several visits, the issue is worse than before. I will be following up with my insurance company regarding this situation. I just want others to know — based on my experience, they are not trustworthy and I would not recommend using
