A.T. Frank Floor Covering

Can't say enough good about A.T Frank. The sales man Tim was great from Bay City store very helpful. He got everything ordered, we needed. I got carpet and vinyl flooring. They installed both. Mike and his assistant Jake were the greatest. We didn't want seams in our high traffic areas and they made it happen. They were very polite and very knowledgeable . They worked together very well and cleaned up everything. My home looks totally different thanks to all the help from Tim and the experience that Mike and Jake had at putting flooring down. You can trust them They treat your home like they would their own they do everything the right way.

Tim is amazing sales man, got me a great deal and super friendly.Kelsie and Trent are the one that installed my carpet. They were on time, very kind, and made sure everything was clean up after job. Thank you so much, do not regret my choice.

I dont tend to leave many reviews on businesses but I'm forced to leave a Seriously bad review on this company. I had them install carpet and padding in my house over a year ago and the carpet has a warranty on it. I reported to at Frank's multiple locations how I have many many strings of carpet coming out of my carpet throughout my house. All they did was send someone to look at it n told me that it wasnt from me or normal use of vacuuming or whatever. I was told the owner would contact me to get it resolved but they never did and likely have no intentions to as this occurred months ago in late 2023. They still wont call me back or reach or or even offer to replace the carpeting or anything even partial refund. I call them monthly Asking for a resolution and to have the owner call

Tim was great to deal with, and patient in my slow decision making. Service, I stall was prompt, professional and well done. Great to work with from start to finish.

This store has many choices to choose from in flooring. Carpet, Laminate, vinyl, and some porcelain. Salesperson was friendly and willing to take the time to help. You are also able to check out samples to see them in your home.
