Roof top is blocked off if you want pics. Terrible lot, security is more serious than paul blart. You must pay to get in and they’ll still say you’re trespassing.

Parking and EV charging is way over priced. EV charging is a hassle to get started IF the app works. Would not recommend and will not park here again. It’s worth circling the block for free parking.

I thought the Mateo public parking garage was a great spot for parking when I was visiting the girl and the goat for dinner. I had arrived after 6:00 p.m. so it was a 10-dollar flat rate parking which is fine since I did loop around neighborhood to see if there's any street parking but didn't have any luck but this was fine alternative which was safe and clean. Make sure to follow the signs of where to pay for parking. I believe it's only the second and third floors were where there are machines where you can pay. It was an easy in and out process. The lot wasn't overly congested like some of the other reviews had mentioned that they had encountered.

$16 for the day, I went out nearby on new years. Your car will be safe, however when the gate closes at night you aren’t able to get into the stairs. They have huge signs with a phone number no one answered and when I did get through the person hadn’t worked there in years lol. Any way IN TINY WRITING on the silver call box by the entrance there is a button for security to come open the gate for you with a TINY phone number to call. That was annoying. Anyway that’s to help anyone out in the future.

Avoid using At Mateo Public Parking Garage at all costs. There were 20-30 cars waiting to get out of this garage, and people in the cars spent 30+ minutes to get out of this line. Even at the exit gate, the machine asked for additional $4 because of this line, although I already pre-paid $16 (max daily fee) before getting in my car. I reminded one of the employees that I already paid the max amount, and his response was "You still need to pay. The valet people just want you guys to get out ASAP." No apologies whatsoever. I ended up paying $20 for terrible service at At Mateo Parking Garage and wasted 30+ minutes in the line. If you are heading to Girl and the Goat or nearby places, please do yourself a favor and don't ever use At Mateo Parking Garage.
