Choosing this repair center for my freezer repair needs was the right decision. Their technician meticulously inspected the freezer, identified the root cause of the problem, and provided a clear explanation of the repair process. I give them 1 star for showing up on time. When the technician called and realized it was a washing machine leaking underneath, his whole tone changes. Implied it took "two men " to pull the machine out. He did show up. Ran a few cycles and implied I called for no reason. "Next time you call Whirlpool, makes sure it is leaking because I don't get paid for this" I showed him the pile of wet towel from the leak. He left with no resolution.Of course the machine was still leaking. I called a well known appliance company in Malden.. the technician stayed with the washer until he found the leak, fixed the leak. I would not use this company again.

We could not find anyone to repair our induction stove until we called ATE Service. They sent someone out within a couple of days, ordered the part needed, and had our stove fixed all within a week! Edison was very friendly and knowledgeable, and took all the proper PPE precautions when he came into our house. Highly recommended!!

Please read the follow up note from today - 11/29/22 at the end of this review ** I am only giving this review one star as there is no option for zero stars. I am surprised to see so many good reviews as my experience with them was awful! It took one month for the guy to come to exchange the part which actually did not completely resolved the problem. After that he showed up once and then kept promising to replace another part.. he kept promising for another 2 months. He kept saying he has the part in his truck however I need to wait until he 'll be around my area. I was patiently waiting to have my washer repaired, however 3 months later it's still broken, he kept promising each week on the phone then stopped answering my calls, he basically lied and did not come. AMAZING service. Filled out their online form late on a Thursday about fixing our fridge, they called on Friday and set up a Monday visit, checked out my fridge in only 10-15 minutes, went and picked up the part and was back within half an hour, and fixed my fridge within another 10 or 15 minutes! HIGHLY recommended, and reasonable prices/costs! Thanks so much for great service! I will call you guys first any time I need anything done to see if you can help!
