Athens Custom Flooring/A1 Floors of Hampton Roads

We were impressed with the remodeling of our upstairs bathroom. We had the work done by a previous contractor but had to call Athens in to redo the work. We received a quote from Athens and was pleased to find they did not stray from the agreed upon price. We plan to use them again for future jobs.

Athens Custom Flooring did an excellent job with ripping up old carpet on my stairs and creating beautiful wood stairs with iron spindles.

Carlos and his team at A1 Floors were spectacular! They showed up on time every day and worked with our busy house of dogs, cats, and toddlers to get our stairs done efficiently and look great! Carlos worked within our budget to produce a staircase we were can be proud of, while giving us a realistic discussion on what design choices made the most sense for our situation. In the end we are very happy with the result, Carlos even found structural problems with the staircase, and repaired them quickly! Our once squeaky poorly painted stairs, now make no noise and look great with the solid wood finish!
