ATI Restoration

Save your money and go somewhere else! This company is a rip off , takes advantage of people needing help for few hours by charging a minimum of 3 days equipment rental even for 1 hour of use . My apartment was flooded for few hours. I made the mistake of calling them. They brought fans ( which I had), dehumidifier ( that barley worked) then unnecessary ripped off my carpets and put it back loosely with damage to my floors! I only needed water to be drained out for 2 hours , which it would have been sufficient by leaving doors open overnight. Then they send a bill charging me for double what it would have cost me to have brand new carpet in the whole apartment! I am definitely never doing business with them again! Total Rip off!

Although the workers ALL did an excellent job, I will never refer this company after the rude and unprofessional way I was treated by Issac S. I had lots of water damage and my insurance company suggested ATI Venturi. When all was repaired, my insurance adjuster closed out the file. Later, January 21st I get a text from Isaac saying I still owed him money. No statements. No emails. Just a text. I didn't understand and got with my insurance company. I texted Issac a couple times that I was waiting for days (which turned into 2 weeks) for information from my insurance company. Issac then sent me a rude and unprofessional text saying that if I don't pay it he will turn it over to COLLECTIONS! (I am 66 years old and one of those rare people that has never ever made a payment on a credit card.

From my first meeting to my last with Isaac Shakeri I was impressed. His concern for me and what I wanted, his attention to detail and his quality of work are exceptional. The crews did and amazing job. Integrity from everyonne in assuring the work was done professionally and I was 100% satisfied did not go unnoticed. I would not hesitate to call him again if the need arose.

Jason arrived and got right to work! He cleaned out our dryer vent that was super backed up causing our clothes not to dry using the long hoses. I am super satisfied with the service received today by Jason very professional! I highly recommend this company. God bless!!

Isaac and his team with ATI Restoration went above and beyond to not only complete our project timely but also professionally. My family and I were made to feel more than just clients which is not something we have come across in the past. I highly recommend Isaac and his team. We plan to use them again for future projects!
