Mr. James Perez, handle my home insurance claim thru NJM he's report said insurance company should only pay for water leak coming from the roof of master bedroom, when I asked to do such repairs, He Said, No Can't Do. Because I'm responsible for outside damages since it was related to maintenance... 3 different companies disagree, Mr. Perez is looking out for insurance company Not us, the small people that pay home insurance for years and this is my 1st claim. Mr. Perez told me to get a handyman to do the job. Don't fall for this company he's Not for your best interest.

ATI was sent by Sunrun to handle a mold remediation service. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous and thorough. My entire bedroom needed to be packed up, and it was all handled very carefully. Working with Jeremy was a great experience. He responded quickly and answered all my questions, making sure I was informed and aware of every step being taken and that the area I would be staying in during this process was safe. It turned into a much larger job than anticipated, but was still handled very quickly. I highly recommend this company!

Hiring ATI Restoration LLC /Mark 1 Restoration Service was one of the worst decisions I’ve made as a homeowner. They were sent by my insurance company to provide an estimate for damages. I assumed they were qualified and went ahead with them. Big mistake. They used third-party workers who didn’t seem trained enough, and there was constant confusion. On top of that, there was a project manager assigned—who was barely ever on site, and when he was, he acted like any question, concern etc. was a burden and at the end was just rude. Despite the job being marked “complete,” I just found out that one of the electrical outlets they installed was never secured properly.
