Jeff Ferguson was our Project Manager and he left a good impression initially by promising that he wouldn't have anyone work on our home that he didn't trust to work on his home. We quickly realized that he either was not telling the truth or that he does not care about the quality of the work on his home. After the framers broke several building codes he tried to tell me it didn't matter because our home was "old". He also had his framers make some plumbing corrections to our home outside of scope without talking to me first and tried to charge me $700 for the work that was done incorrectly. When I complained that the work was done incorrectly he told me that "I couldn't complain about it because i hadn't paid for the work" despite the fact that i had actually paid for it already even tho

We had damages from a tornado March 18th. We had roof damages , leaks in several rooms and fencing down as well as a few other issues from the storm We called our insurance company and they sent out Venturi Restoration. Venturi was here first thing the next morning. They were so professional and caring. The first mitigated the damages. Then Chad Moore and his group came in and repair all of the damages including new roof and leaks, new carpet and painting. Chad explained every detail of work that was being done. . They did an outstanding job.

ATI Restoration serviced our building after a kitchen fire destroyed an entire unit and the sprinkler system flooded 11 other units. ATI's response was fast and efficient - eliminating the threat of mold and restoring apartments to livable conditions within a matter of hours. While I did experience a few hiccups along the way, I wouldn't go with any other company because Kyle Jones is AMAZING. Kyle went above and beyond to keep me informed during every step of the process and answered all of my questions. He worked closely with me for months to ensure that on-site crews met our expectations, our residents privacy was respected, billing was correct, and I was always aware of our vendor schedule prior to work starting. ATI restoration did a great job on repairing our ceiling and bathroom floor, that had to be replaced due to a leak. They arrived on time, cleaned up any mess caused by the work and were always courteous. They ensured we were completely satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend this company.

After a disastrous experience with my home owners insurance dealing with a broken shower pan, leading to a leak on the first floor, I was finally able to work with ATI on getting the shower and ceiling from the leak repaired. Jeff F. and Jeff D. were both an absolute pleasure to work with. They communicated effectively, helped work with the insurance company adjustor on getting things moving, and made sure that everything was up to the standard we wanted. Special shout out to Luiz, who reconstructed the shower. He is meticulous and worked very long days to get the job done. Did an absolutely beautiful job.
