Don’t walk Run for the Hills or you will get this it will be in the pictures you won’t beable too walk take a shower or anything shoty job at the very least !!! His will and does smooth his way too these insurance companies that I am calling one by one too warn them about all the bad reviews and rep!!! I had Real Bamboo flooring look at my bamboo now fake not water proof flooring that won’t stay together!!! Sad used too own procare changed the name too get a better rep and still can’t !!!’ I am taking my Vacation and calling all insurance companies to warn them. Does this look like 40k job? Not even $1.00 job screwed me big time!!!!

I had the absolute worst experience with this company and would highly recommend anyone to do their research before hiring them. Back in March, an outdoor pipe burst and flooded our kitchen, dining room, and guest bathroom. Our insurance sent ATI Restoration for mitigation, and that part of the process went smoothly — fast and efficient. Based on that, we decided to continue with ATI for the full home repairs. Unfortunately, that decision led to months of frustration, poor communication, and even poorer quality of work. It took over 6 weeks for any repair work to begin, leaving us living on damaged and exposed flooring with little to no communication from the team. If you are looking for a restoration company do not hire ATI. I’ll tell you why. I had a water leak from an air conditioner in a small 12X 10 bedroom. We hired them and was told it would only be a few weeks to get it all put back together. They had to dry out the floor replace the dry wall that fell and then patch it and paint the room along with replacing the damaged carpet. Well, the drying out went very smoothly but when it came to the dry wall and painting it was a disaster. The painter they sent out to patch walls and paint must have never done the job before. A child could have done a better job. It was awful. You could see the entire outline of the patch job on the ceiling and the wall paint was so streaked you could see the other paint on the wall. Horrific experience. My homeowner's insurance company (Progressive) sent me directly to ATI after my dishwasher flooded my kitchen. ATI performed the water remediation, which I had to closely micro-manage and have their team come back out to correct their mistakes (i.e. - plastic directly over fans choking them). ATI started the rebuild process and the Project Manger quit in the middle of the project with no notice, blocking everyone's phone numbers. It took weeks to get someone from ATI out to my home to discuss how we would move forward, and I then had to walk them through what all they did / didn't do. I had an amazing experience with the crew, especially Tamika. We recently experienced water damage to our floor, and unfortunately, it affected our china cabinet, making it non-salvageable. From the moment Tamika arrived, she put my mind at ease, assuring me that all of our items would be handled with the utmost care. Tamika packed everything with such precision and attention to detail, and when it came time to unpack, she did it just as carefully. She treated every item like it was her own, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her professionalism and care throughout the process. I can’t thank Tamika enough for her dedication and expertise.
