Mike Griffin is the absolute best! From his excellent customer service to his prompt and quality work. I have worked with RT1 for many years, and Mike by far is the best. He is so knowledgeable ind this field and trust his opinion on carpet replacements. He has been able to save many carpets for me, with power wash, a clean and stretch, color correcting, or just an extraction. Nothing is too big or too small for Mike. He always gives you his best and nothing less.
