I ordered countertops, and when they arrived, they had minor damage. I decided to keep them only because the delivery team left me paperwork promising a discount and that all the damage has been documented. That was a mistake, because trying to get anyone at this store to actually honor that promise has been a complete nightmare. No one answers the phone, you get bounced around, and nobody takes responsibility. It shouldn’t be this hard to speak to a real person, especially when the issue is something they documented. When someone finally answered they were rude and both times hung up with a promise to call back. Which I knew they wasn’t. The customer service is just Terrible. This isn’t a one-time problem. One of the worst Home Depot’s. When you ask an associate with help they disappear. It seems the saw to cut plywood has been broken for over 3 years. If you call to verify something is in stock an ask them to get eyes on it to confirm they put you on hold for 30 mins and say they have it. When you arrive it’s not here. That’s when they do answer the phone.

Great product for an economic job that still looks clean and nice! 4 1/4 imposter fiberglass sheets. 4’x8’ for $80 a sheet. Two sheets did tub surround, small backsplash for counter and oven. They also have j channel and t molding.

Absolute worst delivery experience. Absolute worst customer service experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Do employees here even check that the right appliance is being shipped and delivered? NO. Do they answer the phone when called about the wrong appliance delivery? NO. They finally answered back and then refused to give me the right appliance AFTER the return window had ended. Do they provide ANY HELP to resolve the issue? NO! If I could give a negative star review, I would.

Always find what we need especially with the help of the team that works there!! Highly recommended!! They do propane tanks exchange for a very good price!!
