ATI Restoration

I have had a few claims in my day, and most of them are an absolute nightmare. Especially working with the shady restoration and insurance companies. Douglas Deinert and his team at ATI were a relief. From start to finish, they took care of my kitchen leak, handled my insurance adjuster, and made sure my repairs were expedited and installed properly. Douglas and Anthony were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. I have honestly never seen a more professional restoration company. If you have an issue, call ATI Restoration!

Avoid American Technologies, INC. ATI lies to insurance companies. I reported ATI to the bank. I waited six months, and the roof was never repaired. Jeanna reeve, and david Lopez failed miserably at their jobs. Beware! And please don't reply saying you couldn't reach me. The last thing signed by me was a work authorization form. Stop lying American Technologies INC. and grow up. Picture is of sand bags and tarps left on my roof, in place of repair.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with ATI Restoration twice now. We first used them several years ago after a leak, and they were incredibly professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They left everything in excellent condition, and we were impressed enough to call them again recently after another leak. This time, project supervisor Doug and on-site manager Mike have been especially responsive and helpful every step of the way. Communication has been clear, and the work is moving along quickly and smoothly. We’re so grateful for their support and highly recommend ATI to anyone needing remediation work done right.

They come across as, we're on your side not the insurance company. Long story short. They didn't get the money they wanted from the insurance company. Which added an extra 3 months to the restoration. They had repair the drywall in numerous areas throughout the whole restoration. 6 mouths. They plastered over my wallpaper instead of removing it. I had to repair mistakes. They used old sliders for the kitchen cabinet drawers. I had to take them out and clean the sawdust out of them for them to work properly. The worst of it all was the General Contractor insulted my wife twice and made her cry. The first time he called her and her friend loose women. the second time was about some trim on the door that was locked and one of the storage containers. He was verbally abusive. There people don'

I just moved to the area and needed some repair work done after some damage occurred receiving a new appliance and they completely took care of my needs! Doug made sure I was in the best hands possible by placing me with his knowledgeable professional handyman Jose Hernandez who was a perfectionist! My home is back to normal!
