ATL West Parking garage

Parked here from a Thursday to a Monday. Total was $150. A tad pricy. Other than that, license plate scan upon entry was easy. Signage was easy to follow to the skytrain. Upon leaving, I had no issues with the license scanner, nor the line being long. I was the only one leaving at that time. I read the reviews before I parked here, that’s why I’m mention those issues. Other than the price, five stars.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. This place is a rip-off. I was charged THREE TIMES for one parking session — $90 each; $270 in total. Despite multiple attempts to reach their so-called “customer service,” they ignored every single email and phone call. Fyi - when I exited, the gate refused to open. The staff over the speaker told me my Peach Pass account “wasn’t working” and forced me to pay $90 by credit card. Guess what? The next day, I found out my Peach Pass was charged two more times for the same visit. That’s right — triple-charged for their system failure. This place takes your money and simply vanish. Stay far away from this scam of a business.

I booked this prior to my trip. When I pulled up, the entry read my license plate number and allowed me entry. No issue finding parking. Quick and easy ride over to the airport via the sky train. Easy to get out with little traffic. Parked here for a multiple day trip.

Completely UNETHICAL. Scammers. They charged me an extra $30 because (they claimed it was $10/hour) because we ended up getting back to our vehicle 2 hours and 5 minutes later than anticipated on our prepaid reservation. Why in the world are they charging people hourly rates for any time over a scheduled reservation?!? Meanwhile, had we not done a reservation and paid for 5 days after the fact at the kiosk (12pm Tuesday to 10pm Saturday), no additional charge would have been added. I checked a reservation online just to be sure I was right in my thinking. It is $30/days max, and we had not even been a full 5 days in the lot (would have been Sunday at 12pm for a full 5 days). Ultimately we were unfairly penalized because we booked in advance and planned ahead, (costing us an additional
