I called the number on the website and Fred, the owner, immediately answered the phone. I requested quotes on the pricing of certain amounts of Mulch and Gravel, trying to see if it aligned with my budget. Fred was straight up and immediately told me that he was not presently at the location but would answer all my questions. Fred did answer all my questions. Fred gave me a number to call directly at the site so that I could speak directly with someone that was actually on the ground. I immediately called after hanging up with Fred and the person at the site immediately pick up the phone and provided answers to all of my questions. The person was very nice, patience and attentive to my questions. It was a smooth experince. Thank You!

I gave a 2 because my first experience was pretty good. The man working there was kind and knowledgeable. The issue comes from the owner. A few weeks after I purchased soil I realized I needed more. Trying to support local businesses, I was going to return. It was a Sunday and when I looked online they were listed as open. I called to be on the safe side but there was no answer. I called back about 10 minutes later and was "greeted" with an annoyed "HELLO!!". I kindly asked "Is this the nursery?". He then responded with "YES!! I'm the owner but I'm at church right now!!". I apologized, though it wasn't my place to, and informed him that they were listed as open online. I was just calling to check before I drove over. He replied with a huff and hung up. I run a business myself so I know how

I usually don't do reviews but this was uncalled for. So I called the number someone gave me. A guy answers and tells me that it's his personal and to call the office. I did so with no answer. Cool, maybe I didn't hear him correctly because he was working outside. I go to Google and just press the call button. At the time, I didn't know it was the same guy but when he found out it was me again, he went ballistic trying to go off on me as if I purposely called to bother him. It was an honest mistake. So I cut him off of hist rant and told him to change the number on Google if he don't want people calling him and hung up. I then called another place and it was a complete 180 with way better convo and I got what I needed. I could just imagine getting a quote.

Charlie, provided the best customer service to us, along with price and suggestions. Mr. Holmes our delivery driver was very timely and patient enjoyed our brief conversations. Looking forward to doing business in the future.
