Atlanta Airport Parking

Jackie and Brian were friendly, professional, and helped any way they could. Even helped us get back into the car a night early, on New Year’s Day, to grab some things. Highly recommend.

Easy parking, priced right. AirTrain to the airport 2 minute ride. Call ahead and they bring your vehicle to the door. I will never use one of the other off site lots again and wait for a bus, etc.

Excellent Customer Service! The easiest airport parking ever! I left my car for 10 day price was reasonable. The shuttle had enough space for all of my luggage, the attendant was friendly. The parking lot is not the prettiest but I was ok with that... my vehicle was safe and secure. One suggest I have for customers is to save the number in your phone or write it on your claim ticket and take a picture of it... I found it convenient to have that information handy upon return from a 10 day trip. NOTE: the number printed on the claim ticket is NOT the direct number to the attendant/shuttle.

This place was amazing! I was a bit put off by the bad reviews but I was in a hurry with reservations as I had to leave the state for a week for training for work, and they were the cheapest deal I could find. I was super nervous as I'd never parked my car in a separate lot from the airport, but this place easy to find thanks to GPS. I called them when I was on my way to let them know I was definitely coming, and a guy pulled up in a minivan directly behind me, guided me towards a parking spot he wanted me to park in, gave me a ticket to put on my dash, and took my luggage for me and loaded into the van. He took me to the sky train which was nearby, unloaded my luggage, showed me to the elevator and gave me simple instructions on how to get to my terminal, and what to do when I got back. W

Please DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!!!!!! When I originally booked it says free shuttle to airport. When my husband and I arrived we were told there was no shuttle. We had to call an Uber to take us to the airport. When we arrived back to the parking lot to get our car, the gate was locked, we couldn’t gain access and the phone number given doesn’t work. We live an hour away from this parking lot and had to Uber home because we couldn’t gain access to our vehicle. We also had to Uber back to get our vehicle - which cost us an additional $230 This is definitely a joke and these people are scam artist. Please save yourself trouble and park elsewhere.
