Atlanta Pine Straw

I have been ordering pine straw for our town home community for many years and have never been disappointed. The entire process couldn't be easier...from placing the order with Deana to the actual delivery of the pine straw. This is the first year that I have actually watched the crew lay the straw. Luis, the Crew Supervisor, was extremely thorough and organized. His primary goal was to be sure we were 100% satisfied. It was extremely cold and windy and the crew worked diligently to get the job done. There truly is an art to throwing the straw done. Well done Atlanta Pine Straw!!!

Pine straw was delivered on time and looked great. We did not get the mulch we ordered and paid for. Instead we got pine bark on top of our already black mulch. Changed the entire look of the outside of our home. I asked for a compromise since I had 40 bags installed and they couldn't just come and get it and that point. The black mulch was showing through the pine bark and it ended up being more work and more money for us to fix. Company refused to accept any fault or work with me on a solution and eventually just stopped answering my emails or taking my calls. My neighborhood uses them for bulk ordering. It's not worth it. Between the reviews about not getting the bails people order and paid for, the rude customer service response, and the lack of accountability I'd pay a little

If I could give zero stars, I would. Mainly for the false advertisement. I ordered bales. Their site talks of bales. The pictures on the site are of bales. They show up with rolls. Plus, they didn't let me know when they got here, so I couldn't count the rolls they were delivering. If I wanted rolls, I would have gone to a company selling rolls. So how am I supposed to know,I got all the pine straw I ordered, if the company is going to show up with a completely different quantity of measurement. What a JOKE!!! In addition, they didn't let me know when they showed up. I know exactly how many bales I need to cover a specific area in my yard 3 inches thick. The rolls they brought didn't cover the area well. In addition, I wasn't able to verify how many rolls they dropped off because they w

we ordered total of 25 mulch bags but got only 15 bags. I called and left messages and also wrote them email. Deana was very rude and not helpful at all claiming that their delivery people told them all 25 bags were delivered and said, "why don't you count them first." when I said "we ordered 25 but it doesn't look near 25... it looks like we got about 15... because of the way they stacked it." My husband moved the bags off to the side to count and we only got 15. I want 10 more bags delivered or money back.

Tried to put in an order two weeks in advance and requested they not deliver during a 1 hour period while I went to get my son. The company refused to honor my wishes so I will not be doing business with them. In my 12 years of experience in landscaping, I have never had a company unwilling to accommodate my needs especially when I'm not asking much.
