The flooring was installed a little over a year ago and was installed improperly according to a third party. I called their warranty claim department and was met with them telling me I could only file a claim against the manufacturer, not the installation of the product itself. The rep Wanda that I was speaking to could not provide me with her boss or her corporate number and hung up on me when I attempted to explain that I wanted to file a claim against their work not the manufacture of the product.
