Scott called our company for an ice machine repair After providing services to repair his ice machine and negotiating a lower price, he is still refusing to pay the final invoice. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, he is now ignoring calls and messages. We completed the job as agreed, but unfortunately, we haven't been compensated for our work. I’m sure Scott wouldn’t accept this behavior from anyone he does business with and it’s extremely disappointing to have come to this point. We simply want to be compensated for our work!!

UNPAID BILL FOR SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND Our company diagnosed and repaired an ice machine and to no avail has the owner Scott or his wife made any attempt to reconcile the bill. Where his own customers have listed he is not the *least expensive* SCott still feels entitled to not pay his bill. $250 seriously shouldn't be an issue to satisfy given the nature of the business. I am sure he is more than capable in paying his bill. Scott will be held accountable for his mistreatment of our company and my wife.

DOES NOT PAY BILLS *** Scott is ignoring calls from every angle instead of simply putting this matter behind us and clearing his debt. We understand that repairs can be untimely and costly however that does not give anyone the right to run out on a bill. Scott who is the owner can certainly reconcile this matter but instead he feels entitled to pay what he feels like and not pay his balance. THIS UNFAIR TREATMENT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED

Scott and his team are first class. Their work is excellent. Once Scott is contacted about an issue, he follows up and it is solved. The adage “you pay for what you get” applies here as he is not the least expensive option on the market, but the quality is there to justify his fees.

Scott I will not stop until your rating is down to 1 star, you do not deserve to have your business represented in a good light when you don't do good business. It is a shame that it has come to this, you can't go to a restaurant and decide not to pay the bill. It's $250 and has been sent in several requests and you have yet to respond. I would appreciate greatly if you would pay your bill.
