Very pleased with Chris Moore with the knowledge and didn't cost me an arm and a leg .fast and reliable .I will definitely call them for any well or plumbing needs first .

Alright, I don't care the situation. DONT USE THEM!! The well was dug WAYY too shallow and that caused major damage to all of our sinks, tubs, etc. So, Lance who also happens to work here, came in and put a NEW water filter in, and he needed to "come back and do one last thing to make it final 4 days later" , So the 4 days go by and we get a text saying his grandfather is on life support. TOTALLY ghosted us after that. Even if he was telling the truth, send somebody ELSE OUT??? Total idiots over here I hope they go out of business. With the plumbing still rotting, we called a different company just to find out that there was NOTHING we could do to get it fully out, so while the plumbing isn't rotting anymore, the water still tastes disgusting ALL because the well was dug way too shallow. T

We were having a problem with iron, a lot of it. We called and Ron came out. He thoroughly explained to me what they would be looking for and the options I had. He checked our well and pump, and came back the next day with Doug. They blew out our well and we have had no problems for a year. As a young female, I sometimes get treated rudely in these types of situations, and that simply was not true with Doug and Ron. Thank you for your quality work and your professionalism.

The well at my house is used for a Geothermal Heat Pump. When the well stops working I have no heat in my house. I called Atlantic Coast Well to see if they could fix the well. I sent them a picture of the well control unit. They were able to confirm they had the parts and called someone in from their vacation to install the control unit. The service tech who arrived to install the control unit was very nice, explained everything he was doing and for a person who was on vacation 60 minutes early was very nice and courteous. I could not have asked for a better experience. They got the well working and after 24 hour of no heat, the house was final warm.

I was not happy about excuses for how shallow they made well. The last words were everyone in this area is shallow. Today neighbor had to get well replaced (it's 80 feet from my well to his), and they went 120feet. Who do you think will have better water? I do not recommend!
