My landlord contracts this company to do appliance installation / repair / replacement. If yours does, prepare to be pushy and micro-manage literally every person at this company if you ever need anything done. Not one person I have interacted with at Atlantic has done their job with the most basic level of competency or professionalism. The only marginally good thing I can say about Atlantic is that, unlike some other reviewers, they have not been rude to me, except by wasting my time and repeatedly failing to keep promises. DO NOT HIRE. This has been the single worst experience I have ever had with a company. My landlord hired them to fix our fridge and dishwasher and it has taken months with zero progress. They don’t return calls, the person on the phone is mean and hangs up on you, they don’t show up for appointments, the refuse to schedule a doable window, showing up whenever they feel like it. When we finally get them to show up, they don’t fix anything. Instead they claim the need to replace the same parts over and over, racking up a massive bill. I do not know how they are still open. They are dysfunctional, inhumane, and all around awful.

It’s unbelievable how bad this company is. Literally laughable. It’s taken three months to get our fridge and dishwasher fixed and still neither are fixed. They miss appointments, show up without warning, misdiagnose problems, never respond to calls. We have to schedule THREE appointments just to have our dishwasher installed following THREE previous ones to confirm it needed replacing, we’re on something like visit FIVE just to replace a clogged pipe on our fridge water spout. I’ve never seen a less functional company.

My 16 year old fridge completely dead. I echo every negative review. A worker from Atlantic came to look at it, to see if a part was needed or they would replace it. Worker clears out the freezer, pours hot water in back of it...said it would make fridge cooler....then water was everywhere. Worker appeared overwhelmed with his appt's as he never showed up the day before when he said he'd come. Told me he was really busy...then stated this report wouldn't be submitted til the next day because he does it in person... Anyway, the fridge was replaced. A refurbished, USED one was delivered yesterday. It was loose on a dolly, no new packaging like one would think. It took the management team who contracts with Atlantic to resolve this. By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced with a business. Business notified me delivery of refrigerator and stove was scheduled between 1pm & 5pm. Called back and was told deliver would be delayed to 6pm. Took time off from work to receive this deliver and no delivery was made. Called the business numerous times to no avail. Unbelievable
