Atlantic OBX

We had an after hours issue at 6p on a Saturday so I wasn’t expecting much to happen…. I was wrong!! Called Atlantic and within an hour, Dee showed up! I’m not sure what Atlantic is paying is paying him, but I can assure you he’s worth more. Not only did he stay for over two hours, he educated me along the way and was extremely informative. Above and beyond is quite the understatement with Dee. Anyone else on a Saturday night would’ve dropped the hose in, sucked the tank out and left. Not Dee! My septic had obviously been neglected for years so he stayed and got us straight. If you have an issue, Atlantic is the one to call and hopefully they send Dee because you will NOT be disappointed!

I needed to dig up my old septic system and replace it with a new one, and Cody was with me for every step. This was my best service experience in years: the bid was reasonably priced, the scope of work clear, simple online payment system, flexible scheduling. When I decided I wanted the septic in a different location than what was proposed by the Health Department, Cody worked with me to restructure the plan, with Morgan visiting several times to ensure it would all go according to plan. The crew showed up as scheduled, was a minimally invasive as is possible when demolishing the yard, and Cody made sure to provide me with the operations permit the next day. We are left with damage that they won't repair after their installation of a septic system. Make sure you read their contract because they have a disclaimer that basically gives them free range (apparently) to damage your property and leave it in worse shape than when they started. Despite numerous efforts to reason and be fair with them they refuse to fix what they broke. The septic system is fine but their business model and customer service is a 1 star rating worth. I used Atlantic OBX to clean out my septic and Dee the technician did an excellent job. He took time to explain the system to me and took great care with my property. I would highly recommend them for any septic needs and will use them again.

I hired this company to replace my aging septic system and they did great work. These guys are very responsive and provide clear communication. Would hire them again
