The air conditioning for the upstairs section of the main house stopped cooling in the middle of the night. We put a call in to the Norris answering service at 7:00 a.m. and there was a technician at the house a little after 8:00 a.m. Tech quickly diagnosed and corrected this issue within 45 minutes. The tech was very personable and engaging. The upstairs is pleasantly cool again. Thanks to Norris Mechanical for the quick response and efficient work to correct the problem.
