Atlantic Relocation Systems - Atlas Van Lines

Great experience from start to finish. First off, this is not a paid review, never gave one to any reviews under my profile. The situation: I was moving some of my girlfriend’s stuff from Texas to the country of Latvia. I was able to get quotes from Atlas in a few days, and they answered every single question I had. They were also available to speak on the phone and understanding. When the goods were picked up, they were packed nicely, marked and labeled, and placed into a truck. We were given many status updates (as we requested), and we were given an online tracker system to track on our time. It was very accurate. Lastly, the company had contacts in the country of Latvia that spoke with my girlfriend. The individual was a local operator so it was very easy to deal with. She was able to

Every person we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The movers on both ends were great guys who hustled and wanted it to go well. Damages always happen, but we had a few more than we had hoped. Haven’t done the claims part yet, but the “hold onto the damaged items” is a bit outdated, especially when it’s the big things like a bookshelf and a sofa table. I took pictures. Where do you suggest I keep these things in the meantime? Overall, a very good experience!

Our move with Atlantic Relocation was fantastic from beginning to end! We moved out of state and we were taken care of each step of the way! We really appreciate their great customer service, especially Brock, Shanna, and our movers!

The only reason there are four stars instead of five, is because of the first few cancelations. But other than that, the gentleman was very kind, professional and thorough. Our vehicle arrived in a timely manner. We'd definitely use them again.

Company might be okay but,,, You know how they're going says... a couple stupid drivers ruined the company... this genius doesn't know the difference between green and red and lets everybody know he's number one...
