They were very responsive. The day after I called, they came and gave me a quote. For a combi, ( a boiler, hot water heater combination) The combi is energy efficient. They were not pushy at all. I compared it to other quotes and the pricing was very reasonable. The work took 1.5 days. They left everything clean when finished. The next day there was a small leak in a valve. I called and they came right out to fix it.

I had Atlantic Shore do a complete install in December of 2023. The guys were great and did the full install in five days. Fast forward to February of 2025 I had some issues with the high efficiency Goodman furnace, at no fault of Atlantic, and it is covered for 5-10 year warranty depending on when you register. One of the techs was here that day, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it in two days once the part came in. January-February 2026 came this arctic blast. The furnace wasn't satisfying the heat on the thermostat and it was determined that the gas valve was the issue. The HVAC tech Mark diagnosed the issue, got the part and fixed it within two days. Been using Atlantic Shore for all my hvac needs for about seven years now. These guys are honest, fair priced and do high quality work. Also their maintenance contracts on your hvac system is great. Very fast service and great communication. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to install a new system or keep their current system operating efficiently.

I contacted Atlantic Shore for an estimate to replace two furnaces and AC condensers for a two-zone HVAC system. Frank came same day and very quickly matched a quote received elsewhere. I chose to go with Atlantic due to the good reviews and quality Trane equipment. The job was scheduled within a week. When the day came there was 7 inches of snow on the ground. I asked Frank, who was very responsive, if he wanted to reschedule to which he declined. When they showed up, there were three trucks and 7 or 8 guys here all day to do the work. They laid ground covers everywhere, were all very efficient and cleaned up the entire job. So far, I am very pleased with the new systems and can fully endorse and recommend Atlantic Shore for your HVAC needs.

Very courteous, detailed and fair price for what had to be done that’s all I ask and they delivered. Very knowledgeable and what I impressed me the most was sharing the information and what exactly was happening and what had to be done. Told me the price and that was it. Also, can’t forget they brought me space heaters to use while my heat was out! Now that says it all!
