Atlantic Termite and Pest Control

Seven months ago we had Atlantic Pest Control here for the first time. I first gave a glowing Google review. We were promised a 9 month guarantee of service. Then it all turned awful. Since that time, this has become the worst, most unprofessional vendor of any type we have EVER used—hands down. Four no-shows for follow-up, wasting days of our work time waiting for him; always with some excuse that “is not his fault” and a sob story of taking over the business from his father. Most of the time he won’t answer the phone nor return messages—over the course of MANY months. We will be filing a legal claim against him to recoup the money paid for services and the supposed 9 month guarantee. We will also include lost wages for all the no-shows. Do NOT use this company. Spare yourselves

Credit where credit is due. Mike was way over the top courteous, professional, clean and prompt. The first thing I noticed about Mike was his smile and it became immediately evident that this guy genuinely enjoys what he does. Unlike some of those big box stores where the person who shows up at your house is 2 weeks out of sales training 101, trying to sell you a product that you don’t want or need. Mike quickly identified the problem that I had, let me know that it wasn’t as drastic as I had anticipated and get this was able to apply the application the following morning he also explained everything he was doing in detail and gave me extra pointers on what I could do to maintain my issue. We are new home owners and could hear mice roaming around our drop ceiling. Mike came to our house and installed a variety of bait-traps in our ceiling as well as (cat-safe) bait-traps where he could find "mice trails" in our laundry room and garage. He also had a lot of helpful tips on how to make our home "less attractive" to the mice.
