Atlas Appliance Repair

Was able to get a last minute Sunday appt to have two appliances checked out so I could decide if I should just replace. The technician was nice however he completely steered us wrong. He said the fridge was fine and had this big explanation of what happened (which did not) and the next day all items in the freezer spoiled. For the oven, he said oh its working fine and its normal for ovens to vary 50 degrees+ - this is NOT normal. We figured out how to recalibrate ourselves and fixed it. $100 service charge for nothing.

Jose is the absolute best! We were so blessed to have worked with him. He is honest and fair. Did any amazing and quick job fixing our dryer. And now it works even better than before it broke! So grateful to have found this company and Jose! Highly recommend!

I was very glad to get a quick appt. Jose, the tech arrived on schedule & located the problem w/ my dryer quickly & fixed it. Additionally he provided me w/ helpful information. I would definitely call Atlas in the future if needed.

The tech was knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the problem and options for repair. Atlas is flexible and communicates quickly, and can usually get someone to your place quickly. They won’t recommend fixing an appliance if it doesn’t make sense economically (if it’s better to replace it altogether). I’ve used Atlas multiple times and highly recommend them.
