My husband and I love this place! One stop shop for flooring, cabinets and granite. Best prices and most friendly plus knowledgeable service. We have used this store for five houses personally and referred many friends/family for their homes knowing people we love will be treated with care. 2 years ago I got my carpet installed at my new place from one of Atlas's contractors. I had an overall horrible experience, left a 2 star review, and then both the contractor and Atlas hounded me until I took the review down. 2 years later I'm still mad about this. Look, sometimes people have a bad time at businesses, I'd even recommend Atlas to my friends, but one time, probably like most carpet places, I had a bad time due to the contractors. Why? The contractors not internally communicating and almost carpeting an area we agreed not to carpet (I literally stopped them), messing up my old floor in that process, fixing that mistake poorly and causing a worse problem, doing the transitions poorly (by using rocks to hold down the glue -- uneven 3/16" gaps at the front), coming back to fi

What a find! They sanded, stained and applied 3 coats of urethane to my 65+ year old hardwood floors. They work together like a well oiled machine. They treat my floors as they would as if it was their Grandmother's floor. They take tremendous "PRIDE" in their workmanship. No detail was too small. I wish anyone considering Altus could see my floors! My floor look as good as they day they were originally installed.
