My fence is short, just four sections, yet Atlas treated the job as any other. They came to my house on the scheduled date and time to give me an estimate. They were available for questions before I signed the contract. The gentleman who put the fence up on the agreed upon day was efficient, pleasant, and did a great job.

Paul Webster, salesperson for Atlas made our experience most enjoyable. The team of Erik, Luis and Carlos did a stellar installation. We are happy and appreciate the high level of communication from Paul. We also appreciated the attention to detail and precision from the team of installers.

Our fence install was not done to specs in one area, and this needed to be corrected not once, but twice. For both corrections, we specifically requested that we have notice that the installer was coming so we could be home. We were literally promised that this would happen, but both times they just came when they wanted, and we were not home. Additionally, we wanted the fence to extend fully across the front property line because we need to keep the dog contained. The fence ended up being short by quite a bit, so additional panels were installed during the first fence correction. However, the fence still was not extending far enough, so I asked for one additional panel. The quote for this one panel was nearly 3 times the per panel price of the initial install. Atlas has provided our home with customer service support and quality fencing products for ten years. I would not go anywhere else. People love our fence.

Ken sold the fence and also installed it along with Shawn. They were on time very accommodating to some minor changes during the install. Both Ken and Shawn have great attitudes, take pride in their work and even helped me relocate my mailbox. The quality of the cedar fence has improved over the last 22 years since the last install. I highly recommend Atlas.
