Overbooked. The line is all the way out in street. 3 hours and they've only loaded 3 trucks 3 trucks in front of me so far.

Super nice folks in shipping and receiving. They had me in and out in timely manner. I was unload in less than 45 minutes and that included untarping and straps. Gates open at 7:30am shipping and flatbed receiving are on Glenn Bass Road

If I could give 0 stars I would. If your coming to pickup a load here cómo ready with food been waiting 5hr still have 3 trucks left in front. They are slower than the word slow.

inefficient. very dangerous as trucks have to park on the road because they are overbooked past the receiving yard you will turn left to shipping and basically U-turn up into the shipping bay. they seem like they overbook... and when you go to sign in they'll probably just ignore you and leave you confused about the procedure here. slow. instills no confidence. gives no clarity.

If you get here, maybe before 10 am, you probably can get loaded and strapped within an hour and a half. If after that you will be here at least 6 hrs. I got here at 12 pm and left at 6 pm. Painfully slow. Take a dump and get your lunch if you get here after 10. And if they are really busy you will have to park in the middle of the road literally, because the place is tiny and can be tight.
