Atomic Septic Tank Service

We unfortunately had a back flow of sewage into our shower and toilets. It had come apparent our drain field was going to need to be replaced. We were now in distress, not good. I called around to get a pricing, and most were reasonable including Atomic. I spoke to Ken and told him my situation, and we worked me in that day. He gave me a temporary fix by pumping. This bought me 3 weeks while waiting on permitting. I committed to a new drain field and was not even charged for pumping. Fast forward to today job is complete. My yard was down for 3 days, but was able to use plumbing. It passed inspection, and my yard is now in recovery. He did a fantastic job of leveling my yard, it is actually more level now than before. Great response time, great guy, great service, great price, and did I mention great! We had an emergency situation caused by the previous owners of our home flushing wipes! We used Atomic Septic Tank company to replace our drain fields during the first week of October 2026. He handled the permitting process. He had good equipment and finished the installation in a few hours. After the inspection was completed by the county he returned the same day to fill in the hole. Very nice job. We used Atomic for pump-outs over the years. We pumped our tank every 10-15 years. My friends who used other companies for this service paid more than I paid with Atomic.

I am pleased to leave a positive review of the experience I had today with Atomic Septic, and the owner Ken! We were prepared to have an expensive pump replacement and other services. But within 20 minutes or so Ken identified the problem with our septic system and got us up and running. He showed me what to look for, charging us only for the service call! Cancels the night before the pump out and inspection job at 10pm via text. The owner Ken, previously pumped out the tank 17 months ago, (I paid within minutes of him completing the job) and told me he could help with getting a cement lid for the tank he had laying around for $200. Didn’t reply to any texts for 2 weeks after being paid for the initial pump and inspection. Thought whatever ok must be busy no worries, it’s had a wooden lid for the last 20 years, is what it is I guess. Fast forward to today, Issues with the toilet not flushing well. Plumber comes out and scopes/snakes the pipes. Says septic isn’t draining, no drain field. I call Ken as he’s the last to service it.
