I’m gonna start this off with I’ve never spoke to anyone Atomic tech as far as manager owner, whatever I had a conversation with the receptionist, she arranged an appointment for John to come out here upon his first visit he acted like he had never taken a washing machine apart when he finally got it apart he found out the pump was bad. Said he would have to order one. He then told me $100 service fee and then $85 for a Stack fee I told him I would unstack it. I had already swiped my card when he told me that it was at least two months to get the part and when he got it, he would call me back. I waited for five days and then got to thinking you can find anything on the Internet went on found a brand new pump with a warranty and had it shipped to my house within two days call John back they

Great Efficient Service! My tech was Kyle today. He was awesome! He was professional and looked everything over thoroughly. He was able to repair my refrigerator same day! Which I was expecting to have to wait at least another week or two to get the part. He went above and beyond my expectations and was able to locate the part locally and get the job done! He answered every question I had and was beyond helpful!

Jacob K. Was my tech and he was top notch. I couldn’t be home the time he came and my daughter was there. Yes over 18. He was so patient with her, answering her questions. He even let her record him while explaining in detail of what was going on, to keep me updated. In my opinion it would have been the perfect opportunity to just say whatever, but he didn’t. This is the company I’m going to each time.

Despite facing unexpected issues during the repair, this technician handled everything with professionalism and genuine courtesy. His concern for solving my problem was evident, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. It’s rare to encounter someone who truly cares about customer service like he does—it felt like he was on my side every step of the way. I also want to highlight the superb support from AHS, who made an excellent choice by subcontracting with Atomic. This team truly deserves more than just five stars—they have set a new standard for customer service in the industry! T

My refrigerator’s ice dispenser stopped working and I contacted Atomic Tech to come repair it. I had the immense pleasure of being sent Jacob to come repair it. Jacob is a personable young man who came fully prepared with tools, parts, and even a towel to mop up any potential leaks. He was professional, knowledgeable, methodical, meticulous, and ethical. Additionally, Atomic Tech charged me reasonable prices for parts and labor. I definitely will be using them for future repairs and service, asking for Jacob when I do.
