I’m not impressed. I just bought my first house, and with 6 kids, I need a working drier. The warranty company sent this company out because my drier won’t rotate, it just hums. I told the guy on the phone on Saturday. Turns out the door sensor switch thing just needed to be poked/pushed in once. As he wrote on the invoice “found working fine” yet still charged the full $100 diagnostic/deductible. I definitely will make sure I don’t give this business another cent! What a rip off. He could have just asked for gas money. I tried to ask if he could at least rotate the door so it opens on the same side as the washer door. He kept saying that’s impossible. No it’s not. FYI you can change how doors open on ALL appliances, cabinets... anything with a door. Anyone with a screw driver can do it.

My home warranty connected me to this company to fix a warm fridge. 1. Never showed for their first appointment. 2. Came, inspected the fridge, and said they would order the part and call to schedule to repair it. Never called. 3. After multiple calls, they finally called back to tell me they needed to check the warehouse for the part and would call me back by the end of the day. Never called. 4. Came and installed the part. Fridge broke completely and is now warmer than it is both in the house and outside. 5. Scheduled a new appointment. They never showed. If your home warranty assigns you to this company, demand a different company.

Absolutely horrible. Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Came for initial appointment stated that he needed to order a part and would call once arrived 10 days later told me no part had arrived and that it would be delivered next day and would call to schedule appointment once received. 2 days later no call so I called. Came out to my home another 2 days out, put part on washer, did not start or test washer but stated it was good to go. Less than 10 minutes of leaving, I washed a small load of towels. Washing machine now worse off and is making a terrible sound. Never showed up for reschedules appointments twice. Got a new company to come out, the part that AtoZ put on washer was put on incorrectly and was not even the issue, and new company had to order correct parts. The AtoZ technician e

The tech came out to repair my washer. He said.he had to order a part. I called and wrote the company several times for a status. I finally called my warranty company to complain about not able.to.get a response from the company. That is when I found the service order was completed. The tech noted. - do not work on GE ( Harmony) appliances. Wow!

So far thanks to the Home Warranty we are stuck with these guys. No time was given until I called them this morning. I mean come on it is a Saturday I don't want to loose my whole day just waiting for the service. I left a message and when they called back they gave me a window of time and said the technician would call when they are 30 mins out (you know like they are supposed to call the night before). I am sorry if given a choice I would no choose this company given all the reviews. I think their only source of business is the home Warranty companies.
