My condo was flooded by a neglectful neighbor's cheap water heater while I was out of town. Having been told there was "a little water" coming out on top, I didn't rush back. One call to John set in motion a very thorough mold remediation and fine workmen to reconstruct my kitchen, bath and bedroom. John was honest about costs and helped with the insurance adjuster. John was easy to work with, answered all calls and questions personally. His crew is reliable and trustworthy. I was apprised of each step and nothing was done without my consent.

John came out today when I contacted him just the other day. Was thorough and very kind and understanding of our situation. Went thru our condo and gave us steps to look into before going thru with a mold remediation. Highly highly recommended if looking for someone respectable that is working to do the right thing for the customer.
