Atrain mechanical

I'm very pleased with the packaged A/C- Heating unit that the contractor installed. Technicians responded to my call in a timely manner, evaluated the unit, followed up with a quote that was competitive with other contractors and had the unit installed and working in one day. Technicians were courteous, professional and answered all questions that I had. They removed the old unit and packing materials from my property when finished with the install, leaving the area neat and clean. I highly recommend Atrain Mechanical for heating ventilation and air conditioning needs.

Our AC was not working and another company came out which ultimately made the issue worse. Atrain mechanical came out quickly to correct the issue and get our unit fully functioning again! Highly recommend for all HVAC needs.

Never showed up to make the repair services after receiving a call stating that they were on the way. Tried calling several times but to no avail. Very bad business practices.

Great service! Answered the phone right away and came out the same day. Very polite and knowledgeable. Saved us on a hot day and all for a good price.

Home Warranty issued work order for AC repair. Contractor doesn't contact me within required 24hours. Phone calls to contractor go unanswered immediately directed to voicemail. Not even a company voicemail greeting. Called contractor 3 days later still directed to voicemail. Canceled home warranty work order with Atrain Mechanical. Google the address in maps and a residential home in a cul-de-sac comes up. Is this company legit? Not recommended at all.
