I had a great experience with Mike during our attic inspection. He was extremely thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of our questions without rushing. Mike provided honest, informative recommendations that made it easy to understand our options. On top of that, he was very friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. Drew and her team were incredibly professional and thorough. We had a large rodent issue in both our attic and crawl space that required cleaning, securing, and re-insulation. For as large an undertaking as it was, I felt that Drew and her team did everything possible to minimize disruptions to us, and I consistently felt they were going the extra mile to ensure the job was above and beyond what we expected. At the end of the workday, you would not have known that we had her and her crew in the house. I am so grateful for the wonderful work they did to ensure our home is well-insulated and protected against rodent activity. It's absolutely beyond words how incredibly horrible this company is. They knocked my air ducts apart twice along with tearing down water lines and electrical lines. They would say something was done and then I would inspect it and realize it wasn't done. They tried to make it right by replacing some of my air decks that needed to be replaced, and that was great, except when I turned on my system they hooked up the ducks wrong so I have heat coming out my return, and my registers are drawing air in. I have never experienced a more inept company in my life. I asked Michael at the beginning how my new insulation would compare to the old insulation, and he said it would be about the same.
