Francisco and his team are FANTASTIC!! I called Atticare to get a quote for installing vapor barrier in our crawl space, removal of old attic insulation + install new insulation, as well as identify and seal any openings where critters could get it. The Atticare team did an outstanding job with our rodent-infested attic. Sean's crew thoroughly removed all droppings, contaminated insulation, and sealed every potential entry point. They decontaminated the entire space and installed new insulation. The attention to sanitization and prevention was impressive. With their pest-proofing measures, we haven't heard a single rodent since. Sean kept us updated throughout the process and clearly documented all the work. Best investment we've made in home maintenance.
