Everything was great during the first initial consultation, they sold us a dream and unfortunately for us we bought into it. They promised a new roof and exceptional solar system, they were attentive and easily accessible upon demand. From the minute the roof was installed and approved, basically as we signed on the dotted line everything went downhill. To start they promised us $144 per month, then when the funds started coming out of the account it was $521 (4x what we were told). I called to inquire about this because I cannot afford so much money per month I was given a long excuse about the representation that did the presentation giving us wrong information and then promised a check for $5000 to cover mis-information of their colleagues. The check was supposed to cover the difference

We began with a consultation from a sales representative who seemed genuine, and despite knowing the pricing for a new roof and solar was a bit higher than market value, we decided to move forward. Unfortunately, once the paperwork was filed, everything went downhill. We received multiple conflicting calls from different departments, each requesting paperwork or giving misinformation about DOB approvals. It took over three months just to get approvals. When the roof was finally installed, the crew did a terrible job—damaging garden plants, puncturing the roof, and even causing brand-new siding to fall off. It took another month for them to come back and fix the roof. Next came the electrical team, who tore down newly finished sheetrock, left without proper cleanup, and created more issue

Sales Rep Scott is amazing. I love how he communicates. At first I was iffy about Solar companies but Scott sealed the deal for me. He answers my calls and resolves Amy questions I have quickly. I would definitely recommend him. I am in love with how my roof was done. The guys were very clean and respectful. I got a follow up call from Daniel. He came to my home and inspected the project. I like the follow up and he answered my lingering questions.

UPDATE: OCTOBER 3rd and NOTHING! No response, no scheduling, no contact at all. That’s 4 full months of a broken system and no support from this scam company. If anyone out there reading this has any legal advice please get ahold of me. UPDATE: July 25th I was informed via email “an escalation has been raised” for my case. Guess it wasn’t escalated very high as it’s been another month and not a word from the company. For those of you keeping count, that’s 3 months the system has been broken, 2 months of waiting for someone to come out and service the system. All while I continue to pay for the system and my power bill. What this company is doing is CRIMINAL. Do not use attyx for anything under any circumstance. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPAY AT ALL COST. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM DO NOT INSTALL SOLAR FROM THEM They lied to my friend and quoted $75k for a solar installation, which is much higher than the normal price in NYC. Then they took out a loan from MOSAIC (which has filed for bankruptcy) and did not finish the project. It has been a year, and they still haven’t completed it. They always ask for a letter from MOSAIC, which MOSAIC never provides. We visited Attyx office in Long Island to resolve the issue but it’s never open, and nobody works there. It’s empty. We’ve called them hundreds of times, but there’s still no response. They take the loan money and stop the project — that’s how they operate. It’s a 100% scam.
