We appreciate how kind, patient, polite you both were. How you were transparent about our options and what needed done. How thorough you were in the work. How you showed up when you said you would. How you texted ahead of time with a picture of the technician so you wouldn't worry you were accidentally letting a stranger in. Even the scheduling was so incredible. I was having an emotional day when I called at one point (you know when the last thing you need is a separate unrelated plumbing disaster in the middle of a bathroom remodel) and they were just so kind to work me into the schedule and just make me feel good.
