Exceptional staffing so far. Kelly Madore, our first delivery driver was amazingly kind and represents Auburn Concrete in the most positive light possible. What a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many businesses these days where customer service has all but disappeared. In the billing office Kayla and Bonnie also represent in a manner that says they like or enjoy where they work and take care of their customers like we matter. Thank you!

This company absolutely is awful! I am not even talking about their line of business. I am referring to how this company handles situations with the general public. On August 30th 2016 I was hit in Sanford,ME by a concrete truck owned by Auburn Concrete. I was in a complete state of shock and thought my car was destroyed on my passenger side. I will admit that the man driving was very cooperative and owned up to being at fault to me and the police. I was lucky enough that I was not injured besides having stiffness in my neck and shoulders for a few days. My brother and a few friends were working a job for a gentleman who hired Auburn concrete. The driver according to multiple witnesses showed up the site either heavily inebriated or hungover. After showing up an hour early then scheduled. while the slab was being formed.The driver proceeded to smoke marijuana on the clock. on the customers property and also placed the trash and wrappers from his lunch on the ground and never picked them up. Upon pouring the slab my brother and co discovered.that not only had the driver not added more water to the mix.That had been sitting in the drum for well over two hours The mix was not only dry.But poor quality overall and it took three grown men nearly 5 hours to fix the drivers shoddy poor job. I'm a homeowner who has used Auburn Concrete multiple times over the years, mostly for small projects, 2 - 5 yards. They are usually on time, deliver a good mix (expected slump), and have friendly, helpful drivers.

I was driving in auburn Maine and the truck driver at auburn concrete flipped me off. He was completely reckless!
