We couldn’t be happier with our split rail fence. Their online tool helped us get a rough quote and ballpark idea of what our project would cost. The in-person estimate came in very close to the initial number, and after getting a couple other quotes Auburn Fence was very competitive. We were glad to support a local family owned business and we were not disappointed with our decision. They knocked out our job incredibly quickly. The install crew hustled. The quality of the fence exceeded our expectations. The gates are very sturdy and overall pride of craftsmanship is apparent. We would definitely recommend them.

We recently got a split rail fence with chain link behind it installed. I was happy with the quick turn around after ordering and the team that did the install was fast and efficient. It only took 1/2 a day the first day, then they came back the second to finish up the chain link and gates. I priced around and AF was less expensive than their competitors. I would recommend.

Once I finally got a quote for the work that "I" wanted them to do late last fall/early winter, I reached back out and said that I would contact them when the weather broke in the spring. Accordingly, I followed up in late March and told them that I wanted to get started. It took several calls/emails on my part to get them to respond Once they revised and sent me the estimate for the work I was requesting, they asked me for a deposit and said that if I paid by check I could avoid a credit card fee. I opted for the credit card and told them that I would give them a deposit once I was scheduled and received a date when they would do the work. The next thing I knew is they were sending me an email declining to do the work. WOW....WOW....WOW!!!! Who in their right mind would give a cont

After spending several thousand dollars with this company installing a lot of wooden fencing and chain link for my kennels which they did an excellent job on, their follow up when issues arose is absolutely terrible. When I have had issues in the past (not from installation) it was very difficult to get a call back and took several calls to the office to get things moving. This last time I left a message with the receptionist 2 weeks ago and then last week and still have not heard back from anyone. They do good work initially but will ignore you after that. I will be using a different company in the future.

They Don't Need Your Money!!! Apparently a $5000 project is not enough of a sale for them to have the professionalism to reply, for days at a time, to a customer trying to finalize an estimate. I guess they probably do good work, but this is no way to run a business. Maybe they will think YOU are worth their time and responsiveness. Or maybe they won't... You may want to spend more than $5000. Good luck.
