Our home felt like a sauna, and thankfully, the technician arrived just when we needed them most. They assessed the situation quickly, explaining the issues in a way that made sense. Within an hour, our system was humming smoothly again. Their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch, leaving us comfortable and impressed. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any future HVAC needs.

Worse, most incompetent and unprofessional HVAC company I have EVER dealt with. From install my unit NEVER worked correctly. When I told my contractor, he and Johnny denied a problem existed. Eventually had to go with another company even though the warranty was with Johnny because they continued to deny there was a problem. The other company came in and fixed the problem, great customer service and unit is working perfectly. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND ANY CONTRACTOR WHO USES THEM!!!! The company is Johnny's heating and air. I see it came up under a different name. So, BEWARE! They drive around in green vehicles.

From start to finish, the team was efficient and meticulous in dismantling our A/C system. They arrived promptly and completed the job in under two hours with minimal disruption.

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Came out to install a new unit and did not replace all parts. I have been waiting 3 months to complete my repairs done. Every week it's a new story.
