I’d give them 5 stars if I was rating the lack of communication. We ordered the snow removal on Saturday bc we knew the snow storm was coming, we were sent a message saying that would be an up charge due to their being extra snow or something like that from the snowstorm… It was also communicated that they expected to be out Sunday afternoon (which is nice bc it stopped snowing completely around 4 in Mason on Sunday) and also working “through the night“ to get snow removal done. Sunday came and went, no removal. It’s busy, I get it, however we were fairly blocked and needed to get out (Tuesday is also our trash day and I have to catch an uber in the AM Tuesday to go to the airport) So I called them at 8:50 am Monday to inquire about any sort of ETA, because of those things, and I was told

I phoned this company while driving back home after being away during the recent snow. A very pleasant phone conversation, followed by a prompt and fair quote that enabled me to accept by email immediately. 10 minutes after returning home, Casey was on the job and cleared my drive and walks promptly. He even stopped to ensure my packages delivered while I was gone got inside. Highly recommend this group with friendly and efficient staff.

Amazing service! We gave him hot chocolate because he was working so hard outside to ensure our driveway was clear and safe from the snow fall. We appreciate it! They also came much sooner than we expected which was another nice surprise.
