Going with the 5 Stars off the rip as the inspector was prompt, courteous, thorough, and informative. Well prepared for every aspect of the "what could he run into" while doing the inspection and had all the necessary tools he needed. My house is currently undergoing renovations on interior and is the typical mess that could be, the inspector often apologized for issues that he didn't even create (blow in insulation falling to floor from attic). Took several pictures of the issues found in tight spots to allow me to see what he saw, explaining the differences between the 200 year old wood and 30 year old wood forming my rooftop and the damages that are occuring due to the failure of the old roof. Materials that he plans to use are of well known larger companies and he worked in a few calls
I have had such a great Experience so far. Erick, came out, looked at my roof went over in great detail,explaining everything that was needed in order for me to get my roof replaced. Erick answered all my questions and really explained the process in a way that I can understand. He didn’t try to sale me, he just was upfront, honest and real.
Erick and Tom came out to my home to replace my gutters, soffit, and fascia. They were very professional and polite. They treated me like a human and were very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. If I could give them 100 stars I would!
I would highly recommend Craftsmen roofing to everyone. Tom S was so thorough, courteous and professional. He explained every detail down to the smallest of importance, so I understood everything that was happening! their prices are very competitive, but when you include the level of customer service and the product they are selling their prices are Phenomenal! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
