They are professional, reliable, and extremely communicative, which made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Jeremy is especially pleasant to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about doing the job right. His team is just as fantastic, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. [UPDATED] A rep from the lawn care came and saw me, and we talked about what had gone wrong. He apologized and told me that I had slipped through the cracks and that it was his fault, and no one else's. I told him that I blame the crew that did the damage, because they could have come to me and let me know of the damage. While I would want the Lawn Service to cover the cost, as least I would have been told about it. If that were the case, I would not have dropped their service. At the end, I got the check, and let the manager know that come next year, I might pick their service back up.
