Hired this guy a few years ago for a custom piece after a neighbor recommended him. Contract was drawn up, deposit paid, seemed like a cool guy and excited for the piece. We basically got ghosted after that. Time for the finished project came around and heard nothing. Reached out and was given a time for delivery. Day came, heard nothing. Reached out again and they needed me to come in to pick out paint even though it was done during the consult. Came in and project was a disassembled shell. He literally claimed (like it was funny) that he forgot who it was for since he just finished and delivered a similar project for someone else. They recent completed our built-ins and redid our fireplace. It was a very large project and they did a great job! The project did take a little longer than we expected (partly my fault), but we are glad that it was done right and not rushed. We could not be happier with the finished product! I’d use them again without hesitation.

We hired this company for our business to complete some simple custom cabinets to house our all of our business related apparel. We were given multiple dates for completion, all came and went without us receiving anything from Augusta Woodworks, that was October of 2022, now here we are in January of 2023 and can't seem to get a return phone call, email, text message, or smoke signal from Augusta Woodworks. Nice to know this company can bash folks on social media for not paying their bills and turn around and do the same thing to local Augusta area business by taking their money and NEVER attempting to even start the job. Feel free to call me directly Bruce or Tonya, I've left plenty of voicemails with my contact info that you seem to ignore.

They did a complete kitchen remodel for us. The job took 5 months to "complete." They asked us to pay them in full the week of Thanksgiving. The biggest mistake we ever made was paying them in full. After that it took several months before we saw them again. By that time, our cabinets were filled with cracks, uneven paint, terrible caulk job, and mold under the butcher block, because it wasn't sealed properly. We have had SEVERAL contractors out to our property to help us figure out a solution to this horrible job. Each contractor who has looked at the job cannot believe that this is the quality of work they are providing. We are now back at step one and will need to have everything redone. Talk about a huge setback for us financially. On top of it, he used pine wood that he glued together
