Aura replaced three aged AC units in our house with Daikin FIT inverter systems, and wow… it feels like the future. The difference is night and day. The systems are whisper-quiet - I can no longer hear them running during the night. The rooms that used to feel stuffy from uneven airflow are finally getting even, comfortable coverage. The air is crisp! The crew was spotless and meticulous, took out all the old stuff, and were polite and patient with all our questions. What I really liked is there were no games with pricing. It was straight to the point, no upsells. They don’t use salespeople, you just deal with the engineers directly, which makes the whole thing feel honest and easy. Couldn’t be happier with the result! 5/5 stars!

They coordinated directly with my tenant, scheduled the repair quickly, and kept me updated throughout the process. From initial phone call to finally getting my Daikin up and running, the service was excellent. Enrico, the service technician, is top notch and has extensive knowledge of Daikin systems. Enrico is professional and courteous. He explained the problem I had and informed me of the necessary repairs. After I saw him troubleshoot the system, I knew he I had the right person on the job. It's so critical to have an expert person. Also, the office was able to honor my manufacturers warranty and ordered the parts timely. Marcus, from the office, kept me in the loop and scheduled my appointments with no difficulty. Even though nobody wants a down a/c system, Aura made it less painful to get my unit working again. I would not hesitate recommending Aura to service my air conditioning needs.

Maintenance HVAC contractor identified 2 issues but Aura America only addressed one. I’m concerned this will result in the cost of second service call and a service interruption in the very near future.
