Great experience today with my service call. The two men that came were great. They spent the time to explain the problem and fixed it accordingly. They were both personable and friendly. I highly recommend Aurora to people all the time for their oil delivery but now I will make sure everyone knows how fast and reliable their service is too. Thank you!

We have been loyal customers with Aurora for 5 years now with only good things to say, but this will be the last time using them. They replaced our outdoor oil tank right before a big snow storm 3 weeks ago, and a few weeks before that they had serviced our furnace and replaced all of the necessary parts. The day after the snowstorm, our heat goes out and will not come back on. We call Aurora's after hour emergency line, no response, we leave a voicemail, no call back. It's 9 degrees outside. My husband does everything he can himself to get the heat on so the pipes don't freeze (again) and it works. But for the next 3 weeks, the heat is on and off. We never heard back from Aurora. The heat goes off again after hours so we call the emergency line, no response or call back for the second tim

Used them for an oil tank replacement November 2025. They gave me an extremely competitive price and the crew was professional and tidy.

Wayne at Aurora oil is amazing ! We had an old oil tank that started leaking his team responded immediately they were at our house within 30 minutes from my call and reassured us that we were safe and that he would get it fixed his team that day stopped the tank from leaking in my basement we’re out the very next morning pumped us out and made sure we had heat until oil tank was in ! They were fast efficient and cleaned up I can’t thank them enough! I will not be going elsewhere for our services!

I have my first receipt from this company from 1/19/2015. . Have always praised them until last few months. They cant schedule deliveries, ask to call back in the few days or the following week?!? I’m all set. Kent County! Oil has no problem delivering. They can do the next day. Same or cheaper prices. I love loyalty but not at the cost of days, weeks and several phone calls because they can’t accommodate or schedule there deliveries. Bye Aurora Hello Kent County Oil
