On the rare occasion I’ve needed to call, customer service has been exceptional: responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. One standout moment was when I needed help getting my boiler fired up — the delivery driver was incredibly friendly, patient, and even took a moment to say hello to my dogs, which absolutely made my day. Reliable service, great people, and a company that clearly cares about its customers. Highly recommend.
