Aurora Hvac Services

I was scheduled for a service on 9/4/25 between 6 and 9pm. I called them to confirm the day prior and was assured a tech would be on site. I also called and texted them the day they were supposed to arrive and of course no one showed up. I received a notification canceling my service the day after it was scheduled. I missed a day of work and had no AC longer than needed. I called another company and they came out to my home the same day. There are plenty of other reputable hvac providers out there so don’t waste your time with this very unprofessional company. If I can give lower than 1 star, I would.

Avoid at all cost! This was a vendor assigned via HomeServe. They are a total scam. They would intentionally screw up your system, corner you in a high pressure sale, and force you to pay for them to fix their screw up! I have informed HomeServe to remove them from their list of vendors.

BEWARE!!! I hope you find this review before you accept any services from this company. They are unprofessional and they do not know what they are doing. They destroyed our furnace just so they can make sure they get the job to replace it. We asked another company to look at it to see if it can be fixed and they told us no one would touch it because of how they left it. We almost accepted our fate to have Aurora replace the furnace (because it was cheaper with our home warranty). We could not get over what they did and they kept pressuring us rudely to let them come replace it. They didn’t even have an office we can go to pay and they were upset that we asked to come to the office. We feel its because it was a subcontracted job. This is a scam. We were assigned Aurora from our home warranty. They called and confirmed and then no showed. We called and texted, with the call being disconnected and no reply to text. We canceled the service with home warranty and will proceed with a professional service of our own choice. This is very concerning professionally. We have a toddler in our house with a blown AC unit and we could have saved 48 hours of misery by just avoiding this scam company.

This company was recommended by Home Serv. One of the worst experience I ever had. They made two appointments and never showed up or call to cancel. This company is very unprofessional. If you can't do the job don't take on the assignment. I don't understand why Home Serv even use them for their customers with such bad reviews.
