Auros Home Remodel

Love my new kitchen! When starting to research for our kitchen remodel, Auros was the second bid we received. We were satisfied with the quote offered and we truly enjoyed working with our designer, Jacob. He made the process simple and exciting. Jacob brought samples and helped ensure we made decisions we would enjoy for years. Everything turned out perfect. We especially love our quartz counter tops, the beautiful faucet and backsplash, our new floors, our pull-out shelves and blind-corner cupboard organizer. The demo, flooring and kitchen cabinets were nearly complete in just four days, impressive! Auros did an outstanding job with my kitchen remodel.. Jacob in sales showed up and was ready to go, unlike two other companies that gave bids. Jacob had product samples knowledge and gave great info for financing.. The entire process was smooth and easy. The job manager Angel was great to work with, and really has a great working experience with the installation process from start to finish. Angel was very attentive and easy to get ahold of via text and phone call. Literally one week before Demo we had a water leak upstairs.. Angel put me in touch with Mike a licensed contractor and plumbing expert who along with Chris and Rudy did the demo, repiped our upstairs bath above the kithen, and handled electrical and total cabinet installation.. Auros home remodel did an outstanding job on my forever kitchen. Kraig, Mike, Chris & Frank did a remarkable job from start to finish. Very professional, great workmanship, great communication. That was very important to me. New cabinet installation & quartz counter tops that look amazing clean & bright. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that would like to remodel their home. 5 stars!!!!

I would like to thank Auros for giving me my dream shower. They kept in contact and updated me during the whole process from signing the contract to the finish product. The lead installer, Andrew, was very professional and respected our home and made sure that everything was cleaned and the shower was done according to my satisfaction. I’m also thankful that Andrew gave me the option to take care of the termites problem they discovered after the demo before they proceeded with installing the new shower. In the end I was able to take care of it the same day and the installation was done on time. Andrew kept the area where he worked very clean and covered anything that can get dust/dirt. My new kitchen is beautiful! (5 stars) It has much improved functionality too. It was so good to work with a company that cared so much about the end result and always treated us as a valued client. On the downside the project took a lot longer than promised. This was in part because of issues in their internal communication which was frustrating at times. Overall we're pleased we went with Auros and love the end result
